Prasanna Janaswamy

Prasanna Janaswamy has over 15 years of diverse accounting, management and operations experience in both the US and India. Her background includes service with public accounting, software, pharmaceutical and manufacturing firms. She has worked with Laurentian since 2013 supporting several emerging software and pharmaceutical firms in financial operations, budgeting, monthly dashboard reporting and board relations.

Prior to joining Laurentian full-time she served in various finance and audit positions with Mercury Publishing, Goldman Tito and Ganesan and Associates. While in India, she served as Debt Rehabilitation Manager and worked on complex debt restructuring projects with the Industrial Development Bank of India.

She holds the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University, India.
